Aims and Scope:: Journal of Manufacturing and Automotive Research (JMAR), a peer-reviewed, journal, serves as a publication medium for the investigation of trends and solutions in resolving the issues related to worldwide Manufacturing and Automotive Technologies. The Automobile Engineering Department of Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Mathura under the aegis of Sharda Group of Institutions Mathura publishes an open access peer reviewed Journal named “ Journal of Manufacturing and Automotive Research” for the dissemination of original research in the fields of Manufacturing and Automotive Technologies.
The aim of the JMAR is to provide an forum for the publication and dissemination of original work that contributes to the understanding of the main and related disciplines of manufacturing and automotive technologies either empirical / theoretical or experimental. The journal covers the whole spectrum of manufacturing and automotive research in reference to the latest development and innovations in India and overseas. The main objective of the journal is to simulate and promote the knowledge exchange between the Indian and foreign scientists, engineers and researchers as a part of world community. Original, innovative and novel contributions providing insight into the use of analytical, computational modeling as well as experimental research results are encouraged.
Manuscript Submission:: Journal of Manufacturing and Automotive Research (JMAR) receives all manuscript submissions electronically via email to editor JMAR. Manuscripts allows for rapid submission of original and revised manuscripts, as well as facilitating the review process and internal communication between authors, editors and reviewers via a web-based platform. Manuscripts should be supplied in the given format: Microsoft Word (WordPerfect is also acceptable), 11-point type (Times New Roman), and single-spaced. Manuscripts are not to exceed eight (8) pages including tables and figures. In the absence of tables and figures, the Editor may allow a greater number of text pages. The Editor's decision is final. The page margins should be as: Top = 1.97 inch, Bottom = 1.58 inch, left = 1.1 inch and Right = 1.1 inch. Number all manuscript pages consecutively. Each article should be summarized in an abstract of not more than 100 words (avoiding abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text). Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces. Translations of papers previously published in languages other than English can be considered, but the author must provide this information and permission to reprint at the time of submission. All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources and are required to sign an undertaking / agreement for the transfer of copyright to the publisher. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This applies to direct reproduction as well as “derivative reproduction” (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source). Authors must inform the publisher when there is a change of address on email@example.com.
If there are any questions about a manuscript, the Editor will only respond to written correspondence from the corresponding author of record. All inquiries from co-authors should go through the corresponding author.
Author Responsibilities:The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors agree with the author list and technical content before submitting the manuscript. The corresponding author is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the manuscript at the time of submission. Author names and affiliations must be complete and correct at the time of paper submission.
Affiliation:On the title page, include full names of authors, academic and/or other professional affiliations, and the complete address, telephone number and e-mail address of the author to whom proofs and correspondence should be sent. Author names and affiliations must be complete and correct at the time of paper submission. While corrections can be made at the proof stage for authors who have changed institutions since the time of paper acceptance, author names cannot be added or deleted at the proof stage. If the corresponding author wishes to add or delete authors the paper must be withdrawn, corrected, and resubmitted for review.
Acknowledgments:Acknowledgments must be complete and correct at the time of submission. Additions or deletions cannot be made at the proof stage. If the corresponding author wishes to add or delete sponsoring institutions or persons the paper must be withdrawn, corrected, and resubmitted for review.
References:Citations in the text are by author(s) and year in parentheses. Full citations should be arranged in the sequence of its use in the manuscript single spaced and must conform to the style
